We provide comprehensive training through our in-house academy, full uniforms, and ongoing career development opportunities. Whether you are new to the security industry or an experienced officer looking for a stable position, we welcome your application. Shifts are rotational and may include day, night, weekend, and public holiday work.
Responsibilities
• Control access to the premises by verifying identification, signing in visitors, and monitoring entry and exit points

• Monitor CCTV camera feeds and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts
• Write detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences
• Respond to emergencies including fire alarms, medical situations, and security threats following standard operating procedures
• Ensure all gates, doors, and windows are secured at the end of business hours
• Assist with crowd control during events and manage vehicle traffic in parking areas
• Maintain a professional and authoritative presence while remaining approachable to staff and visitors
• Communicate effectively with the control room, site management, and fellow security officers
• Enforce site rules and regulations in a firm but respectful manner
• Complete shift handover reports accurately and attend regular security briefings

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational day/night schedule
• Effective communication skills in English and at least one other South African language
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confrontational situations diplomatically

Qualifications
Grade 10 minimum. PSIRA registration required (Grade C or higher). First Aid Level 1 is advantageous.
