Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for prestigious commercial properties in **Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA**. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across multiple sites. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and work plans to meet operational needs and client expectations.
