Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an experienced Plumber, based in KZN Durban. The Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, inspecting and maintaining pipes, and repairing or replacing components as needed. Daily tasks will include diagnosing plumbing issues, completing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service calls, and collaborating with the property management team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Roles & Responsibility

· Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems

· Cut, assemble and install pipes.

· Install and maintain water supply systems

· Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks/ pressure)

· Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.

· Client sites maintenance repairs

Qualifications

· 5 -10 years plumbing related work experience.

· N2 /N3 trade theory or successful completion of apprenticeship.

· Valid license to practice profession (TRADE TEST).

· PIRB COC will be an added advantage or will be arranged on appointment.

· Police clearance screening will be conducted

· Sober habits.
