Job Description
Reporting to: Operations Managers and Shift Managers

The above position is vacant at Head office reporting to the Assistant Control room Managers

The overall purpose of this position is basic control room duties including Managing of staff.

Minimum Requirements:
β€’ Grade 12
β€’ Grade A PSIRA (SOB) registered and accredited, with traceable references
β€’ Own reliable transport.
β€’ Fire Fighting trained.
β€’ First Aid trained.
β€’ Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
β€’ Strong organizational skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and liaison skills are essential.
β€’ Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required (Strong ability to work shifts).
β€’ Work independently and within a team.
β€’ A minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry Control room
β€’ Fluent in English
β€’ No criminal record
β€’ Must be reliable and trustworthy

β€’ Managing of the control room personnel in all aspects of the control room
β€’ Updating the incident register on a daily basis as well
β€’ Able to exercise and maintain discipline.
