Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Fruit and Vegetable Order Packer to join our team. As a Order Packer, you will be responsible for accurately packing fruit and vegetable orders, ensuring quality control measures are met, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• *Responsibilities**:

- **Order Packing**:

- Receive and review customer orders for fruits and vegetables.
- Select the correct items from inventory and pack them according to order specifications.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and securely for delivery.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect fruits and vegetables for freshness, quality, and proper packaging.
- Discard any items that do not meet quality standards or are damaged.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation during packing processes.
- **Time Management**:

- Prioritize packing tasks to meet daily order deadlines.
- Work efficiently to minimize packing time while maintaining accuracy.
- Communicate any delays or issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Rotate stock and ensure proper storage of fruits and vegetables to maintain freshness.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Record inventory movements and update system records as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy.
