Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs related to cleaning equipment or facility areas. Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies according to safety guidelines. Provide guidance and support to junior cleaning staff as needed, demonstrating best practices. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including waste management and hazard communication. Contribute to improving cleaning efficiency and effectiveness through suggested process enhancements. Requirements Proven experience as a Cleaning Technician or similar role, with demonstrated senior-level capabilities. Thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, including their safe and effective use. Experience operating specialized cleaning machinery is essential. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a commercial or industrial environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
