A Mediclinic cleaner maintains the cleanliness, hygiene, and infection‑control standards of Mediclinic hospitals, sub‑acute facilities, occupational health clinics, Intercare day clinics and primary care centres across South Africa.

Perform routine cleaning of patient wards, operating theatres, procedure suites, waiting areas, and restrooms. Apply infection‑control procedures and follow standard operating procedures for healthcare cleaning. Ensure compliance with Mediclinic’s rigorous infection‑prevention and clinical hygiene standards. Entry‑level Mediclinic hospital cleaner – ZAR 5,500–7,000 per month Experienced Mediclinic hospital cleaner – ZAR 7,000–9,500 per month Mediclinic theatre and ICU support cleaner – ZAR 7,500–10,500 per month Mediclinic Intercare day clinic or primary care cleaner – ZAR 6,500–9,000 per month Cleaning team leader – ZAR 10,000–14,000 per month Cleaning supervisor – ZAR 14,000–19,000 per month Qualifications and Skills Education No formal qualification required for entry‑level roles.
