Requirements :
• Grade 12/Matric. A valid code 10 (C1) Driver`s License with PDP, three (3) years experience working as a driver. Good verbal and written communication skills. Time management ,discipline and loyalty. Be prepared to work at night, weekend and public holidays. Knowledge and understanding of road maps and directions.

Duties :
• Transporting patients to various instructions for consultations, checkups and follow ups. To collect and deliver medication from medical depot and different institutions. To collect and deliver documents to different institutions. To collect and deliver equipment and material from different institutions. To record and check faults of the vehicle and complete inspection sheet before and after each trip. Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy before utilizing it.

Report accidents and dents to the transport officer. Ensure that vehicle tools are in good condition. Record start and end kilometers in the logbook. Submit keys, fuel card and logbook to the transport officer after the trip. Fill all the necessary information required on trip authorization.
