As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are maintained to exceptional standards. Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in commercial environments, including offices, retail spaces, and public areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms and kitchenettes. Operate and maintain cleaning machinery and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working order. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or security concerns to the supervisor promptly. Follow specific cleaning schedules and procedures for different client sites. Work effectively both independently and as part of a cleaning team. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients or building occupants. Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
