Position: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:
β€’ Grade 12.
β€’ Qualified Electrician / Millwright or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
β€’ 5–7 years’ experience in power generation or critical power systems.
β€’ 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
β€’ Strong electrical fault-finding skills (LV systems, ATS, alternators, generators).
β€’ Knowledge of diesel generators and control systems.
β€’ Valid driver’s licence.
β€’ Willing to travel and do standby duties.
β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage and mentor service technicians.
β€’ Allocate work and oversee daily service operations.
β€’ Act as senior technical support for complex electrical issues.
β€’ Oversee maintenance, installations, and commissioning.
β€’ Ensure quality checks and safety compliance.
β€’ Build and maintain client relationships.
