About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional, experienced, and highly motivated Security Site Manager to oversee all security operations at a prestiges hotel. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage and supervise the on-site security team, including scheduling and performance oversight
β€’ Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures
β€’ Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations
β€’ Coordinate emergency response plans and incident management
β€’ Liaise with hotel management, local authorities, and emergency services
β€’ Monitor surveillance systems and oversee access control procedures
β€’ Investigate incidents and produce detailed, accurate reports
β€’ Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high professional standards

Requirements:
β€’ Proven experience in a security management role, preferably within hospitality
β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills
β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
β€’ High level of computer literacy (including report writing and basic systems use)
β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
β€’ Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
β€’ Relevant security certifications/licenses (as required by local regulations)
β€’ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
β€’ Must have own reliable transport
β€’ PSIRA Registered and Certification up to date
