Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Commercial Cleaner with specialized expertise in biohazard remediation. This role requires a meticulous approach to maintaining pristine and safe environments for our clients. You will be responsible for performing advanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, with a particular focus on handling and neutralizing biohazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner. The Senior Commercial Cleaner will also oversee and guide junior cleaning staff, conduct site inspections, and contribute to the development and implementation of cleaning strategies. Properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous waste and cleaning chemicals in compliance with regulations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and ensure adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines.
