Overview:

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and professional Cleaning & Reception Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment while also confidently supporting basic front-desk responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene
β€’ Ensure all office areas, restrooms, and communal spaces are clean and well-presented
β€’ Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
β€’ Assist with basic reception duties when required, including:
β€’ Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
β€’ Receiving and managing deliveries and parcels
β€’ Maintain a neat and organized reception area
β€’ Adhere to company health and safety standards

Profile

Minimum Requirements:
β€’ Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles
β€’ Matric certificate (advantageous)
β€’ Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
β€’ High level of professionalism, reliability, and maturity
β€’ Ability to multitask and adapt between cleaning and reception duties
β€’ Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
