Our client is seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within various facilities. This critical role involves managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained across all assigned sites. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, quality control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for different environments. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring regular site visits and direct interaction with the cleaning crew and facility management.

Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all assigned sites. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed and ensuring proper storage. Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or client complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Perform deep cleaning tasks or assist the team during peak periods or staff shortages. Prepare reports on cleaning progress, staff performance, and supply usage. Develop and implement training programs for new cleaning staff on techniques, safety, and product usage. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the cleaning team. A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and conduct site inspections. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
