Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams, maintaining high hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and delivering quality cleaning services at commercial sites.

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Minimum NQF Level 1 Hygiene & Cleaning Certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial cleaning
• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning operations will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license (minimum Code 8)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage cleaning staff on-site
• Allocate daily duties and monitor performance
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to required standards
• Maintain stock control of cleaning materials and equipment
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and motivate staff
• Report incidents, shortages, and operational issues to management
• Travel between sites when required
