Job Description
Mega Packaging is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Internal Sales Assistant to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with customer-facing internal sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately
β€’ Receiving and checking incoming stock
β€’ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
β€’ Assisting customers with product inquiries (phone, email, walk-in)
β€’ Coordinating with the sales and logistics teams
β€’ Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

Requirements:
β€’ Previous experience in a warehouse or internal sales role preferred
β€’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
β€’ Good communication and customer service abilities
β€’ Basic computer skills (e.g., invoicing systems, email, spreadsheets)
β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β€’ Physically fit and able to lift stock when required
β€’ Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
β€’ Willingness to travel locally / go on the road when required
β€’ Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

+/- R8000.00 per month
