Core Competencies
Technical Skills:
Interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Perform MIG TIG Arc/Stick and other welding processes independently.
Execute welds to meet dimensional and strength requirements.
Perform welding on various materials (mild steel stainless steel aluminium etc.).
Conduct post-weld finishing grinding and visual checks.
Maintain and calibrate welding equipment.

Quality:
Ensure welds comply with specifications and quality standards.
Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive testing (if certified). If not request inspections to be done.
Document weld quality and maintain traceability where required.
