About the Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Control Room Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining site security and service integrity through effective communication, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with sites to ensure all locations are fully staffed and operational
• Monitor and review patrol reports to ensure service compliance and identify any irregularities
• Perform scheduled panic alarm tests twice per week and ensure all systems are functioning correctly
• Respond to incidents and escalate issues in line with company procedures
• Conduct off-site monitoring via CCTV and other surveillance systems
• Maintain accurate logs and detailed reports of all activities and incidents

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a control room or security operations role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol management tools is an advantage
