Main Job Functions:
β€’ Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems (e.g., piping, drainage, sanitary fixtures).
β€’ Diagnose and repair faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems.
β€’ Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances where needed.
β€’ Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies.
β€’ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
β€’ Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant legislation and safety standards.
β€’ Collaborate with other trades and contractors as needed.
β€’ Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
