Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of specialized industrial cleaning services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety at client sites. This position requires on-site supervision and will be based in and around Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA . You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning technicians, scheduling work, and ensuring all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to the client's satisfaction. Your duties will include conducting site inspections, monitoring cleaning quality, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and training new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. You will also be responsible for adhering to all health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial cleaning or a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
