**Job Summary**:
The Plumbing Assistant supports experienced plumbers in various tasks related to plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. This role involves assisting with pipe fittings, fixture installations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues under the guidance of senior staff.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Help measure, cut, and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Carry and transport tools and materials to job sites.
- Prepare and clean work areas, including removing old fixtures and debris.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use hand and power tools to assist in plumbing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Document work performed and report progress to the lead plumber.

- Matric certificate
