A General Worker proficient in assembly and welding supports manufacturing operations by assembling components and performing basic welding tasks safely and efficiently.
Job Specification

Role Summary
Perform hands-on assembly of parts using tools and fixtures, alongside basic welding on metal structures. Ensure quality workmanship while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Read blueprints, assemble components per specifications, and weld small/medium metal parts.
Offer

Previous work with sprockets, bearings, motors, chains, etc

Prepare surfaces (grinding, cleaning), set up welding equipment, and inspect finished work for defects.

Operate hand/power tools, report equipment issues, and follow safety protocols strictly.

Maintain organized workspace and assist team with material handling

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years hands-on experience assembling mechanical equipment (not mass production).

Proven welding skills on steel components; familiarity with sprockets, bearings, motors, chains.

Competent with drill press, taps/dies, angle grinder, basic fabrication tools. Must be able to drill into metal

Blueprint reading, measurements (mm/fractions), mechanical problem-solving aptitude.

Physically fit, reliable, good English communication.
