Job Description
Mega Packaging is seeking a meticulous and organized Creditors Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in managing creditor accounts, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and reconcile creditor invoices, statements, and payment
- Verify and resolve discrepancies with supplier accounts.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure invoice matching and approvals.
- Assist in preparing monthly creditor reports and reconciliations.
- Other Ad Hocs duties
• *Requirements**:

- Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a creditors or similar role, ideally in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
