Our client, a prominent vocational training institute, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Welder Apprenticeship Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of their advanced welding apprenticeship program. You will be instrumental in curriculum development, apprentice recruitment and placement, instructor management, and ensuring the program meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding trades, combined with excellent organizational and people management skills. This is a field-based role requiring a significant presence at training facilities and worksites.

Key responsibilities include liaising with industry partners to identify skill gaps and tailor program content, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process for new apprentices, and managing the scheduling of both theoretical instruction and practical on-the-job training.
