**Job Requirements**:The ideal applicant will possess the following: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Artisan Welder trade test certificate. Qualified Artisan Welder. Trade test certificate in welding. ± 5 years previous working experience in a welding environment.
• *Job Outputs**:Welding engine and gearbox parts. Cutting and welding of metals. Welding of aluminium. CO2, MIG, TIG Welding. Work from drawing and specifications. Welding of cast iron and stainless steel. Cutting and welding of pipes. Welding of allow metals. Gas welding. Good knowledge of coded welding and brazing procedures. Knowledge of the bus industry requirements pertaining to welding. Knowledge of safety standards to be adhered to in welding. Ability to handle & cut metals into desirable sizes.
