Job Description
Introduction

We are looking for professional and reliable C-Grade Security Guards to work in retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining security, preventing theft, and ensuring the safety of customers and staff within the store environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Control access at store entrances and exits.
• Monitor customers and staff for suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols inside and around the store.
• Prevent shoplifting and shrinkage.
• Assist with incident reporting and security documentation.
• Provide visible security presence and customer assistance.

Skills:
• Attention to detail.
• Good observation skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to handle conflict calmly.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Valid PSIRA Grade C Certificate.
• Clear criminal record.
• Good communication skills (English).
• Minimum Grade 10 or Grade 12.
