Job Description
Part Time Driver and Setup Assistant, Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)

We are looking for a reliable part time driver to move our Abby Health Station between sites in and around Port Elizabeth. You will also help set it up and switch it on when you arrive.

Please read this first The Abby Health Station is 220cm tall, 55cm wide and 60cm deep, and weighs 46kg. It has wheels, so you can roll it, but it must travel lying flat inside a closed vehicle. It will not fit in a normal car boot.

You need one of these:
• A bakkie with a canopy
• A panel van
• A large SUV with all the rear seats folded flat

Please do not apply if your vehicle cannot take a 2.2m long item lying flat and out of sight.

What you will do
• Collect the station, load it safely and deliver it to the site
• Roll it into place, plug it in and check that it switches on
• Greet our client and be friendly and helpful while you are on site
• Collect it again at the end of the day and return it
• Let us know straight away about any delays, damage or problems
• Keep a simple record of each trip

What you need
• A valid driver's licence and at least 2 years of driving experience
• A clean driving record
• Your own vehicle that fits the description above, with valid insurance
• The ability to lift and move 46kg safely
• To be on time, every time
• Willingness to do a background check

Work and pay
• R700 per day to start
