Job Description
Dust and sanitize the conference table, chairs, and any equipment (TV screens, remotes, fridges). Clean glass doors or partitions. Clean the inside of windows to remove smudges/fingerprints Vacuum or mop the floor. Empty bins and replace bin liners when needed Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches. Check and tidy up before/after meetings if needed. Dust top of all features and corners to prevent dust build up Maintain overall tidiness and professional appearance. Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary. Check for pest control issues. Report or address any maintenance issues. Sanitize after illness outbreaks or during flu seasons. Keep storage area in the duct area neat and tidy at all times. Cleaning of cloths and mops to be done daily. Weekly washing of these in the wash machine. Assist receptionist with consumables tracking for monthly grocery and cleaning materials purchases.
