Job Description
A modern and technology-driven security company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage their guarding division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of security personnel, client service delivery, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage daily security operations and deployment of guards
β€’ Supervise site supervisors and security officers
β€’ Conduct regular site inspections and client visits
β€’ Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and replacements
β€’ Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and company procedures
β€’ Handle incident reporting and operational documentation
β€’ Address client concerns and maintain strong client relationships
β€’ Recruit, train, and discipline security personnel
β€’ Maintain high service standards across all security sites

Minimum Requirements:
β€’ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
β€’ Previous experience managing security operations or multiple security sites
β€’ Strong leadership and staff management skills
β€’ Good communication and problem-solving ability
β€’ PSIRA registered (Grade A preferred)
β€’ Valid driver’s license
β€’ Knowledge of security compliance and operational procedures Advantageous:
β€’ Background in SAPS, military, or senior security supervision
β€’ Experience managing 30+ guards or multiple sites
β€’ Strong understanding of security technology (CCTV, control rooms, access control)
