Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee multi-site cleaning operations, ensure SLA compliance, maintain high service standards, manage client relationships, and drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities
β€’ Matric with relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
β€’ Minimum 5 years’ management experience within the cleaning industry
β€’ Experience managing large teams and client portfolios
β€’ Strong IR, OHS, operational, and financial management knowledge
β€’ Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

β€’ Manage daily operations across multiple sites
β€’ Ensure SLA compliance, quality service delivery, and client satisfaction
