PLUMBING CONTROL ROOM SERVICE AGENT REQUIRED – PINETOWN

An established plumbing company based in the Pinetown area is seeking a dedicated and reliable Control Room Service Agent to join our team. Competitive rates offered.

Requirements & Duties:

Hard-working and willing to work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month, plus standby duties

Honest and reliable

Energetic and self-motivated

Well-spoken and written in English

Excellent telephone etiquette

Strong customer service and interaction skills

Good follow-up and communication skills

Able to work well within a team

Basic computer skills (including Excel)
