Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Worker to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will perform a variety of manual and semi-skilled tasks to support daily operations, ensuring the workplace remains clean, organized, and productive.
Responsibilities
Installation & Site Execution
• Install, repair, and maintain systems according to technical drawings, schematics, and industry standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately and tested for proper operation before sign-off.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements and material needs.
Maintenance & Technical Support
• Complete daily job cards and service reports documenting all work performed and materials used.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and fault-finding procedures.
Health, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used, maintained, and stored correctly.
• Enforce adherence to all health and safety protocols in accordance with the OHS Act and relevant SANS codes.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Welder
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Ability to work with different metals and materials
• Strong attention to detail and technical skills
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity

Qualifications
Trade Test Welder (Section 13 or 26D). Welding coding is an advantage.
