Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in **Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape**. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of professional cleaning standards and procedures. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of cleaning staff. Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and quality are met across all designated areas. Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Responding promptly to cleaning-related issues and emergencies.
