Run maintenance, fix breakdowns fast, and keep plant operations stable while leading and mentoring junior artisans

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical maintenance and fault-finding on plant equipment
• Ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and uptime
• Supervise and support junior artisans on-site
• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Assist with breakdowns and root cause analysis
• Maintain compliance with electrical standards and procedures

• Trade Tested Electrician (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in a similar industrial / plant environment
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
