Description
• The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing stock for customers while ensuring excellent service and maintaining a well-organised work area. This role suits a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders or retail requirements.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit or handling.
• Verify item quality, quantity, and condition before packing.
• Label packages clearly with correct shipping and order information.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store and work areas, including shelves, counters, and displays.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse and retail team members.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with stock or orders promptly.
• Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements
• Matric/ Grade12.
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
• Proficient with using tools required for this position.
