Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of professional cleaning services, is seeking a diligent and proactive Commercial Cleaning Site Supervisor. This role is essential for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services across various commercial properties. Based in Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA , you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaning staff, and upholding stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team at designated client sites. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites to monitor performance and identify any issues. Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and client-specific requirements. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, working towards satisfactory resolutions. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for the cleaning team, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Report on team performance, site status, and any operational challenges to the Operations Manager. Implement company policies and procedures effectively across assigned sites. Motivate the cleaning team to achieve high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Good understanding of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties when necessary. Residing in or near Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA , is highly advantageous.
