Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for prestigious commercial properties in **Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA**. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a cleaning team, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and work plans to meet operational needs and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to quality standards. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Experience in managing inventory and supplies. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
