As a full-time Nightshift Bus Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are not only presentable but also safe and comfortable for our passengers. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough cleaning of buses, including interior and exterior washing, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Inspect buses for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repairs needed to management.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Follow scheduled cleaning routines and be adaptable to changing workload demands.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance staff to ensure that buses are ready for operation after cleaning.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies while carrying out all job functions.
Required and preferred qualifications
• Mechanical skills, demonstrating the ability to perform light maintenance tasks.
• No formal degree is required for this position.
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
