Job Description
Operations Administrator – Fidelity Cleaning Services

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to our Cleaning Department.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Maintain and update client contracts, files, and operational documentation.
β€’ Assist with recurring invoicing, credit notes, billing checks, and financial administration.
β€’ Support Area Managers with orders, equipment requests, and fixed asset administration.
β€’ Coordinate monthly reports, stock sheets, and operational documentation.
β€’ Liaise with clients to conduct service satisfaction checks and support client retention.
β€’ Assist with HR administration including e-orders, employee changes, and payroll queries.
β€’ Ensure records, shared drives, and operational procedures are kept up to date.
β€’ Support general operational communication including fleet, IT requests, and safety notices.

Requirements:
β€’ Strong administrative and organisational skills.
β€’ Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β€’ Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
β€’ Knowledge of the cleaning industry and related legislation is advantageous.

Additional Information:
β€’ Work closely with Area Managers and the Operations team.
β€’ Must maintain a professional image and high attention to detail.
