Job Description
Job summary

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of high-quality daily cleaning services within designated areas, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to an appropriate standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with organisational policies and statutory requirements. The post holder will also undertake key holder responsibilities, including the secure closing of premises, ensuring the safety and security of buildings and their contents.

In addition, the role will involve carrying out caretaker duties, including routine inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring that the premises remain safe, functional, and fit for purpose at all times.

• There is 1 part-time permanent post available working 33 ¾ hours per week. The working pattern is detailed on the job description
• Based in the Environmental Resource Centre in Bangor. However, the successful candidate may work throughout the Borough
• As manual work is involved, the post holder must be of a satisfactory level of general fitness
• A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise
