The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Technician - someone who understands that precision, safety, and reliability aren’t negotiable. You’ll be building, installing, testing, and commissioning life-saving equipment like refuge chambers and EnviroLAVs, both in the workshop and on-site at mines and industrial facilities.

If you’re a qualified Electrician or Millwright with at least five years of trade experience, and you take pride in fault-finding, meeting deadlines, and working as part of a high-stakes team, this is your chance to do work that genuinely matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture and assemble MineARC products to exacting quality and safety standards
• Install electrical and mechanical components in refuge chambers and EnviroLAVs
• Conduct functional testing, fault-finding, and commissioning on-site and in the workshop
• Perform site servicing, permanent chamber installations, and repairs as required
• Generate accurate service and commissioning reports for clients and management
• Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, and other technicians to solve problems fast
• Maintain strict housekeeping, health, and safety protocols at all times

Requirements
• Trade-tested Electrician or Millwright
• Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience in a relevant technical or manufacturing environment
• Matric or National Diploma (NDip)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Medically and physically fit for a manufacturing and site-based environment
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Valid driver’s licence with safe, efficient driving skills
• Electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC) registration is a strong advantage
