Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and diligent Senior Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations within large-scale industrial facilities. This role demands a strong understanding of industrial cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial cleaning environments, a proven ability to lead and motivate a cleaning crew, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the daily activities of the industrial cleaning team. Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules and procedures for various industrial areas. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleaning operations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify areas needing improvement. Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance. Respond promptly to cleaning-related issues and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage. Collaborate with facility management to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific site requirements. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the cleaning industry. Extensive knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to industrial cleaning. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Excellent observational skills and a keen eye for detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules. Proficiency in record-keeping and basic administrative tasks. Physical stamina to work in an industrial environment and perform inspections. First Aid and relevant safety certifications are a plus.
