Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Code 10 Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and in accordance with company and road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Safely operate a Code 10 vehicle (medium heavy motor vehicle).
β€’ Transport goods to and from distribution centres, suppliers, and customers.
β€’ Conduct daily vehicle inspections (pre- and post-trip checks).
β€’ Ensure correct loading and offloading of goods.
β€’ Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
β€’ Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
β€’ Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
β€’ Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately.
β€’ Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

Minimum Requirements
β€’ Valid Code 10 driver’s license (C1).
β€’ Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
β€’ Minimum 2–3 years proven driving experience.
β€’ Good knowledge of local routes and road regulations.
β€’ Clean driving record.
β€’ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
β€’ Physically fit and able to assist with loading/offloading when necessary.

Salary
β€’ R6500 and R1000 bonus per month + overtime and 13th check
