Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations for a large industrial facility located in **Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA**. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial cleaning best practices, chemical safety, and team leadership. Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and schedule a team of industrial cleaning staff. Develop and implement detailed cleaning plans and schedules for various areas within the industrial facility, ensuring all operational requirements are met. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and responsible usage. Operate and maintain specialized industrial cleaning equipment. Investigate and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
