Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at RPO Recruitment. As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising electrical installations and maintenance projects.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance projects
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work schedules
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Monitor and manage project budgets

- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
- Valid electrical license or certification
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity
- Valid driver's license
