Job Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join their team in Polokwane. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our employees and visitors. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning crew during the night shift, ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff during the night shift. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and utilized effectively. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify any deficiencies. Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed. Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal. Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the cleaning team. Report on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any maintenance issues to management. Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
