Duties & Responsibilities
• - Manage daily cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
• - Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 50 cleaning staff on hygiene protocols, chemical handling, and equipment use
• - Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain cleanliness standards
• - Manage inventory, chemicals, and equipment for optimal operations
• - Report on cleaning performance, incidents, and areas for improvement
• - Liaise with production management and ensure minimal disruption to operations
