Job Description
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Participate in practical training aligned with the Trainee Welding Operator role
- Complete the full theoretical and practical training syllabus as per program modules
- Gain hands-on experience through structured on-the-job training
- Demonstrate the ability to pass both theoretical and practical assessments as per training levels
- Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and shop documentation to execute tasks accurately
- Assist in issuing manufacturing processes and follow recognized procedures for handling welding consumables
- Operate welding equipment proficiently and work to achieve high-quality standards in fabrication
- Maintain welder traceability and follow company procedures for documentation and timekeeping (Kronos)
- Communicate safety, quality, or production issues through proper channels
- Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
