Our client, a premier provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking a diligent and experienced Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to manage and execute cleaning operations for various business premises in the Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, ZA region. This fully remote role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure completion of daily cleaning schedules. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and client specifications. Train new cleaning staff on procedures, safety protocols, and the use of equipment and supplies.
