Job Description
To package finished product according to quality specification while achieving operational requirements within a safe and hygienic environment.
β€’ *Key Responsibilities**
- Pack finished product on various FAWEMA packing machines.
- Reach production target per shift.
- Ensure continuous quality & weight monitoring and recording of results
- Ensure food safety and hygienic work area is maintained at all times.
- Report all production downtime to shift Supervisors timeously.
- Record and analyze downtime reasons on Operator sheet.
- Deep cleansing of machine and area to improve housekeeping and control infestation.
- Adhoc duties requested by HOD and packing / Superintendent.
- Invocom participation and facilitation.
β€’ *Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12
β€’ *Experience Requirements**:

- At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment / Milling Industry
β€’ *Other Requirements**
- 5-day position
- May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster.

- Must understand accuracy/ attention to detail
